The downlighting is an ideal solution to lighting in my art studio. Built in 2021, it was fitted with LED downlighting as standard. I didn't know at the time how harmful LED lighting can be. Soon, I discovered that they were wrecking my eyesight. I stopped using them and opted for antique standard lamps which I fitted with halogen bulbs or incandescent. The prospect of retrofitting an alternative downlighting system seemed daunting and expensive. Until I discovered Block Blue Light downlighting!
Installing them was simple. They produce a lovely warm light which is appealing and mood-enhancing as well as providing good lighting on dull days. In fact, the lighting is so good (without being too bright) it isn't necessary to install bulbs in every fitting.
I highly recommend this product for creatives and anyone whose eyes are sensitive to LED lighting.

I am happy with the colour of these lights in a bedroom. Is it possible to fit a dimmer as they are rather bright. I recall ehrn they were fitted they were marked dimmable.
