A block blue light globe was on my son’s Christmas list.

We had already switched all down lights to block blue light down lights and use the clip on reading lights but his room had a wall light so was the only one left to change. We love them. We sleep so much better at home where we use the right lighting for the time of day. As modern humans we live so far from our natural biology that there is so much sickness and dis-ease. Little changes like this can make a huge difference and take us closer to our true biology to thrive not just survive.

The sleep light bulbs were my first order from BBL and I must say what a difference they have made. I thought I would trial different areas in the house to see if there were any changes and OMG yes, very noticable differences. The calmness one feels is so beautiful, even all the fur children want to be in these spaces rather than the other living room without the bulbs. My sleep is better and I enjoy reading in bed now with the amber light, no more flickering from the bedside lamp. I would definately reccomend these bulbs, the overall health benefits are worth every cent.
