I keep looking for that magic thing that makes a big improvement in my sleep. I do cpap, lavender, magnesium soaks, early dinners, linen sheets, wool mattress. This light plus the sundown ones in the evening has been a huge consistent improvement, probably the top on that list.

Not knowing what the light color would look like... Wow, it is a soft and absolutely beautiful peach-pink that floods my bedroom with a feeling of peace. It's difficult to describe. Has it helped my sleep problem of falling asleep? Yes, definitely. I am also sleeping longer periods of time. In full transparency, I also set up a free I-phone no blue-green light in the evenings. So my phone shows orange, and my bedroom, peach-pink.

Makes the bedroom have the vibe of an Opium Den (i imagine, never actually been to one!). It's super mellow and would have red light throughout the house if my wife would let me.
