BBL mega panel + stand - I have noticed considerable improvement in my skin overall, softer and less rashes - am allergy and eczema prone and more even tone - I target my thyroid area (hashimotos) and face for 5 mins ( glasses for 3 mins and without for 2 mins with eyes shut ) at 6 -8 inches every morning. I do 20 mins total - 5 mins top half (kneeling/ sitting) : bottom half ( standing) BOTH front and back. I have noticed a small skin tag on my thighs which has reduced in size by half! I also have some mild psoriasis on my face and scalp - this disappeared from my face and my scalp is better too- i was quite surprised at this result on my face after a few sessions, it still comes back when I am having a flare but MUCH improved - i don’t treat the top of my head directly but my scalp has cleared 50% - chronic long term issue.

My lower back was always stiff in the mornings - this too has improved considerably… I get nightly feet cramps so am just starting to use at night for 10 mins - 5 mins each calf’s and feet before bed! I wasn’t very hopeful that red light was going to help my acne but I thought I would give it a go, it was a big risk as it was a lot of money!

Within the first few days of using it I could see the redness of my spots fading and large under the skin pimples would slowly start disappearing.

I love this panel. The support it has given me is nothing less than excellent. I have noticed several different signs of improvement from the spots on my hands to the resistent breathing on my CPAC machine. Wow, I wish I had bought one of these sooner. I have been blown away by the amazing benefits I have received from using it for about three weeks now. We got the mega panel with the horizontal stand. I spent months after being diagnosed with

Osteoarthritis of spine through wear and tear from being a professional ballet dancer for many many years hence used to many forms of treatment… looking into benefits of red light therapy.

I had many long chats with people who had used them and realised i needed a top level panel not a cheap one that does not really do the job. So we had used block blue light for our lighting in house and torches and glasses etc so all research and chats led to block blue light…. Had a long and informed chat with sam at bb light and decided to go for bigger panel so i could do large areas in a single session and not having to keep moving panel around and doing many sessions .. more expensive but easier to do the healing sessions.

So cut to the chase … i was in a lot of pain but after 2 weeks i had no pain and my back was feeling the best i had felt in many years ….. i use it alongside a chiro practioner and acupuncturist that i have used for management over the years and they both agree that the improvement is amazing.

We love our Mega panels. Started with one a year ago, and decided to get another one a month ago. I made my own wooden frame (pic) so we could lay down and relax. It’s SO comfortable. I’d like to share the simple inexpensive design, but not sure how to.

Red light therapy has helped with moles on my back a growth on my scalp, and just overall calming us. We loved it so much, we decided to get our adult kids a Mega panel each. They have already seen the results after having it only a few weeks.
